Due to our continued growth and strong focus on innovation, we have a brand new and exciting opportunity for a Field Research Associate to join our multi-disciplinary R&D Team based at our Head Office in Basingstoke.

This role is offered on a hybrid working pattern, with the expectation of two days per week in the office and some ad-hoc travel to our UK clinics as required.

What can we offer you?

 

As Field Research Associate, work closely with Engineering, Commercial and Clinical teams to identify opportunities to quantify clinical and non-clinical benefits of Blatchford’s digital health platform.

Key duties:

  • Proposing a range of innovative, cost-effective, data collection techniques to quantify benefits and usage of software products.
  • Planning, documenting, and conducting suitable experiments to test hypotheses on the usage and benefits of Blatchford products.
  • Recruiting suitable individuals for studies.
  • Ensuring data is collected in line with patient privacy stipulations and relevant legislation.
  • Facilitating a range of data collection forums.
  • Collating information, writing documents and reports to provide insights and information to key stakeholders.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in the industry and typical digital health or patient wellbeing systems.

 

What are we looking for?

 

Key skills

 

  • Degree in Maths, Statistics or Data Science.   
  • Familiar with the principles of good design of experiments.
  • Experience in assessing statistical significance of data identified.
  • Experience of working as part of cross functional teams,
  • Highly collaborative, inquisitive, and eager to learn.
  • Familiar with agile software development cycles and ceremonies
  • Understanding of Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Data Lake concepts
  • Experience and interest in analysing human performance data.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
