About the Role
Magnit holds a unique place within the contingent workforce industry – we operate as a managed
service provider for some of the biggest names in the world, delivering an end-to-end solution for them
to ensure the smooth sourcing, onboarding, management and reporting of their contingent workforce.
Individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of key financial processes within
a company. This responsibility extends to the preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both
team and company-wide assessments. Moreover, these professionals are instrumental in implementing
robust General Ledger (GL) controls, safeguarding the integrity and accuracy of financial data. As
stewards of data quality management, they actively oversee the maintenance of high standards in data
accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Additionally, their role involves establishing and maintaining
stringent controls over data integration processes, ensuring seamless and error-free integration of
financial information across various systems. Overall, the contribution of these individuals in Financial
Technology is essential for fostering financial transparency, accuracy, and efficiency within the
organization.
What You Will Do
• Assist in the preparation of financial Dashboard and reports. Should have 4-5 years of experience.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret and analyze financial data.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
• Extract and transform data using queries, demonstrating a strong understanding of data
structures.
• Utilize Sigma or Power BI to create visually appealing and insightful reports and Leverage Sigma
or Power BI to visualize data trends, identify patterns, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Build and optimize queries for efficient data retrieval and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance and data analysis functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting processes.
• Effectively communicate financial insights and data-driven recommendations to financial
stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance data-driven decision-making across the
organization.

What You Will Need
• 3-5 years of work experience in an accounting/financial Technology/Financial Analyst role.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field or B.Sc. in Software and Technology.
• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role in Technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Sigma, Power BI, Blackline, and query building is plus point.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
