About the Role

Client Services Consultant (CSC) is responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit’s services to our clients. This position will work closely with vendors (panel suppliers), client hiring managers and cross-functional teams, utilizing the VMS tool to ensure smooth service delivery.

What You Will Do

  • CSC is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit’s products/services.
  • The CSC must maintain quality client service and day to day operations with a focus on meeting contractual deliverables and ensuring an effective and proactive communication with internal/external stakeholders.
  • The CSC scope of responsibilities covers multiple business verticals (professional, IT, payroll, etc.) over multiple EMEA countries (our client is a large multinational with a global footprint).
  • Implement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficiencies.
  • Embrace a continuous improvement and consultative approach to continually add value to our community of hiring managers for an optimal customer experience.
  • Maintain an updated SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day-to-day procedures so that operations functions efficiently.

For Staffing requirements:

  • Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through VMS system and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of staffing suppliers and hiring managers.
  • Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey relevant information to approved suppliers to empower them for success.
  • Anticipate, resolve and follow- through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker, manager and staffing supplier.

For Payroll requirements:

  • Ensure required screenings and pre-employment checks take place in line with client requirements, conduct orientation for all new workers; maintain accurate and complete VMS records.
  • Handle critical Employee Relations issues, requesting support and guidance as required 
    anticipate, resolve and follow-through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker.
  • Escalate to your direct leadership any serious issues that may jeopardize Magnit’s position with the client or staffing supplier, or issues that require the involvement of senior Magnit resources. 

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations,  MSP or an internal HR/recruiting position
  • A customer-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a “Can-Do” attitude!
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization in both face to face and remote working environments.
  • Fluent in English and ideally another European language at professional level
  • A growth mindset and agility: Keen to learn, develop and progress 
  • A team spirit with the willingness to support and collaborate with peers, colleagues
  • Able to approach situations from an analytical mindset to generate a logical conclusion;
  • Exposure to billing processes in a MSP environment will be a plus
  • Experience with VMS Fieldglass will be beneficial
  • Strong MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and Web-based resources;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (HR or business administration will be a plus)
