The Senior Financial Analyst provides financial analysis and business development support to the Company’s new and existing businesses. Financial Analysis services will include developing business plans for new and existing business opportunities and providing financial analyses for senior management decision support and corporate strategic planning.
- Works with all facets of CCGI to identify opportunities to provide financial analysis for management decision support.
- Drives the investigation and development of new business opportunities including market analysis, business plans, and financial models.
- Performs ad hoc financial modeling projects to support existing and new business opportunities.
- Develops detailed financial models of existing and new divisions.
- Develops and drives application of key performance measures to enhance performance improvement.
- Completes other projects and duties as assigned.
- Provides on-going support and training of accounting system to various users.
- Provides on-going maintenance of accounting system and financial reports.
- Manages financial system upgrades, implementation and conversion initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required or relevant equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience with financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Thorough understanding of financial reports and financial modeling required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with developing complex financial models. Demonstrated project management, marketing research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively organize information, manage tasks, and analyze data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience with developing and presenting complex topics to senior management.
- Knowledge of the Great Plains accounting system, FRX reporting tool, and MS SQL.
