岗位职责:

  • 在指定的区域和/或被分配的客户中,推广和销售产品和服务,并完成销售目标;
  • 负责开发、建立和增强与客户的长期关系,如经销商、医院;
  • 负责寻找潜在客户,评估需求并提供产品和服务,以最大限度地产品和服务的收益;
  • 推动关于公司产品和/或服务的培训活动;
  • 进行市场调查,包括客户和竞争对手的活动。
  • 根据需要执行市场发展计划/策略;
  • 将客户对新产品和/或对现有产品或应用的修改反馈给内部相关团队,如研发,运营和市场部门。

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,医药/器械/市场营销类相关专业优先
  • 5年上外企背景的医院器械、耗材、药品销售经验,有肾内科、血液净化领域销售经历者优先考虑
  • 熟悉医院招投标流程并有成功开发经验
  • 强烈的学习意愿和敬业的工作态度
  • 有良好的沟通协调能力和谈判能力
  • 有独立分析和解决问题的能力
  • 团队合作意识

 

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Promotes and sells products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from products and/or services
  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services
  • Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities
  • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine/device/marketing is preferred
  • At least 5 years sales experience in hospital equipment, consumables, medicine with foreign company background. Sales experience in renal and blood purification field is preferred
  • Familiar with hospital bidding process and have successful development experience
  • Strong willingness to learn and dedicated working attitude
  • Good communication and coordination skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems independently
  • Have a good sense of teamwork
